If that is anything like what the actual poster will be like - cool.
As for the question of Krybaby Ren's helmet, maybe he likes to still have it when he's outside of the starships/etc., for the intimidation factor. I mean, as far as being the head of a creepy regime, it works. You can't see his eyes so you can't have human contact with him, it distorts his voice so he sounds less human, it keeps you from being able to read his facial expressions, and he could be looking right at you any time the helmet is even vaguely facing your direction (inside, he could be lip-syncing Britney Spears, but you'd never know).
I like the purple-outfit chic's look. Kind of makes me think of Leia's gear from when she de-carbonites Han Solo in RETURN OF THE JEDI. Aldo seems a little like Rey's first outfit from FORCE AWAKENS and looks a lot like MARA JADE'S OUTFIT FROM THE COMIC BOOKS. I'm not saying that's Mara Jade. I'm just saying that someone was taking their cues from it (or intend to make us think of Mara Jade in a misdirect or an actual clue).
I like the idea of showing Poe and Finn in action-poses of some sort, and flanking Rey just as the Knights of Ren/storm troopers flank Kylo. Makes me think of some of the original-trilogy posters where the Death Star/etc. was around Vader while Han, Leia, 3P0, and R2 were hovering around Luke.
