so technically, the last time I re-watched it (Dec 25th 2016 (which was my 3rd viewing in total)), it was still 7/10 status (it did drop from a solid 8/10 back to a 7/10 at this time though). but given what I said above it's one of a small amount of movies I dumped.
p.s. in fact, I used to think Goodfellas was top notch for years until a re-watch in May 2015 when it went from a 10/10 back to a 5/10. even Casino dropped some for me (9/10 to a 7.5-8/10 in March 2015 (and held steady on a re-watch in Jan 2019)) but it's still solid and among my favorite movies.
As a Christian I do understand. You have conviction of the Holy Spirit and I commend you for that.
I just meant as a film, I'm judging it on it's quality. Acting, directing, etc... I don't rewatch it over and over for your exact reason.
Not only is mslo undermining the moral values of anybody who is not a Christian, but he is also insulting their intelligence. Anybody who has even a basic understanding of religion in general would understand it.
