There is a dog theme here, but in an otherwise by-the-numbers horror sequel, "The Fly 2," there is a scene between Martin (Eric Stolz) and the dog he grew up with
and thought was dead, but was actually living in observation after a horrible mutation
. The sound designer and puppeteers knocked it out of the park.
