The MCU wins them all.
Although I will admit, I like Wonder Woman more than Captain America. But I think Captain America is made better by its sequels. It's like comparing a chapter in a book to an entire book.
Wonder Woman is as close as they come. I really liked it despite the fact I think it got silly in the third act. In fact, I thought it was a laugh out loud worthy villain-reveal.
Everything else for me runs from an almost close to a no contest.
Iron Man vs Man of Steel. Man of Steel was a worthwhile attempt, but Superman doesn't lend himself to dark the way Batman does.
Civil War vs BvS is one of the single greatest one-sided contests of a movie I've ever seen. Almost to the point where I'd consider dozens of copies of BvS to be worth one copy of Civil War in a DVD exchange.
Guardians of the Galaxy vs Suicide Squad. I didn't mind it in the theater but now I consider it unwatchable.
Avengers vs Justice League. I barely remember Justice League, can't even remember anything Cyborg did. Flash was annoying (really haven't been impressed with him as an actor since We Need to talk about Kevin), I thoroughly dislike Ben Affleck as Batman. Everything but the Wonder Woman scenes are a blur to me.
Black Panther vs Aquaman. Jason Momoa was terrific as Aquaman and very worth watching. Black Panther I thought was tighter and more structured, but Aquaman was a blast.
Captain Marvel vs Shazam. Shazam surprised me. I liked it. But I also like the world of Carol Danvers and the character more.
As a note, I've thought Wonder Woman was better than Captain America for a while. It's re watching Captain America that tilted it back in its favor. I didn't love it the first few times but it seems to get better with age.
