Oftentimes it's easier than trying to track down a legit copy. I get that. There's a ton of great Nintendo titles (mainly for GameCube) that are now extremely rare or expensive, and Nintendo is seemingly uninterested in rereleasing them. Still, I personally wouldn't take the risk. Dont you worry about potential legal trouble?
