I doubt it. I think three teams in the East are better. They played like crap for most of the game against the Pacers. They looked like a dumpster fire in the first half especially. Indiana had to play a horrendous second half for Boston to win it. Philly looked great in game 1, too. Yeah I do not think Philly will win the East either right now. Of course I hope they will.
