The first Bush was smart to liberate Kuwait but not invade Iraq. Toppling Saddam Hussein only created havoc in the Middle East. But Neo-Con thinkers as early as the 1970's were making lists of countries which the U.S. should invade. Iraq was one of them. Si vis pacem, para bellum. War Is Peace, Freedom Is Slavery, and Ignorance Is Strength Pax vobiscum.
