It's not clear yet. There used to ethnic struggles in SL for a long time but ethnic struggles ceased a decade ago. It is best not to make any guesses when we don't have concrete information. If there will be any new revelations then I will let you know.

Edit: Just removed the first line where I said I can't imagine any particular community doing it. This is a world of wackos and there are wackos in all communities.
