Sadly the death toll has crossed 100 now. It does seem that attack was orchestrated against the Christian community. In the past few years there have been attacks on Muslims by Buddhist monks (Buddhists are in majority in SL). But attack on Christians as a group is not common although small attacks do happen against most of the minority groups. My news report says at the moment 138 killed and 400 inured though they are not giving any idea at the moment to apportion blame though they are indeed Catholic churchs and tourist hotels. This is one of those sad moments when you don't even want to hear about the group that did it. Because there will be more tension going forward and more divisions in society.
