Yeah I reckon they are. The best name they could come up with for their 'friend' was John. It doesn't say where they bought the card, does it. If in a shop, why not just pay cash and not mess about using John's debit card? If bought online there'd be a record of the debit card details with Camelot.
No, it was bought in a shop with someone else's card. There is no John and I'm thinking there'll be no jackpot.

Theyre probably spending as much as they can before its found out to be stolen. Hopefully no more credit for them now
