this sounds more traumatizing than what it actually was..
but one time in kindergarten i threw a huge fit in the principal's office and started crying. the principal didnt know what to do so she threw me in her closet and locked me inside it while i kept crying.. she called my mom to come get me and pick me up.. she even apologized to my mom for locking me in her closet but my mom didnt seem to think much of it.. my dad even made joke about it.. because my yearbook picture was missing that same year and my dad would make a joke like "you mean they didn't use a picture of the closet door you were locked up in with your name under it?" lol
but when i told my therapist this happened to me he said that this was a serious thing and shouldn't be laughing about it.. :/
