You mean how would we know if they were lying? I see no reason why they would lie, but they could take a lie detector test. I never said that they were lying...they would just have used their other senses, particularly those of communication/and language to get an idea of the world as sighted people see it. IMHO it wold be impossible to tell where their 'observations' originated. I disagree. They would know if they had sight while on the trip or not. They would be able to tell the difference.
