In Kitzmiller it was a case of religious pseudo-science being forced on teachers who knew it was garbage. And the actual science of the matter was brought up and examined in detail, with several scientists testifying. You obviously know jack shit about the real details of the trial.
People had been breeding plants and animals for centuries before Jacob did it in the Bible. Darwin didn't add anything to that.
He added something incredibly important--that completely mindless processes directed by no one for no purpose are responsible for almost all the biological structures we see in nature. This is your basic scientific illiteracy showing, that the most shocking and essential insight of Darwin goes right over your head.
Any school teaching such bullshit is being run by incompetent morons who have no interest in science and instead teach religious propaganda. Just your kind of people.
