This will not succeed. If there’s a second season of this it will be a miracle. It will be a completely inferior product with rosters full of undrafted free agents and old veterans cut from the NFL and dickheads like Johnny Manziel and rules that will be halfway out of the WWE.
College football, when you compare the on-field level of play to that of the NFL, is inferior, yes. But college football is popular because a) everyone has schools they root for and against, b) every college has a vast network of alumni, and c) there are future NFL players on most every team. None of that is applicable to this Vince McMahon crap.
