Ill be sticking to movies since general TV programs on the major networks pretty much suck...
Vera Farmiga in Running Scared (2006) ; that 'pedophile scene' (that's not as bad as it sounds as those who have seen this will know what I am talking about) is great.
I like the character and Vera in general is always the best bet for me since she's The Anomaly
p.s. looking through all of my favorite movies there is not many more to choose from even though there are some, but I won't list the others for now.
