Well, when you put it like that, you simply can't deny that the MCU is a towering achievement. I would honestly be okay if it never ended. In my humble opinion, they haven't made an out-and-out bad film yet. Studios will pour over their strategies for decades to come.
I want two thing from them more than anything.
Consolidate the power base - all IP under one studio roof. No matter what it costs. They've got the capital. Groom a successor - Kevin can't do this forever - Gunn is my number one draft pick. I agree,,,,, to an extent. I don't want it to be no matter what the cost, but they should wedge the FF rights away from Fox. If they suddenly got FF and everything that comes with that, they could run another decade of films on them as the new lead franchise.
And yes, grooming a successor is great, but then again Feige is young. He could do this for another 20 years if he wanted, so I don't think that is an immediate concern. If he finds himself not truly committed however, then by all means, he needs to hand it over to whoever is.
