Is this sake’s breakout year?

I attended a sake tasting, about two years ago. I was surprised at the differences in the flavors ... although, I suppose that I shouldn't have been. Virtually, every libation covers a spectrum of flavors. It was new to my palate, and I cannot recall the ones that I liked the most.

Perhaps, if it becomes a break-out year, I'll taste more, and remember more.
