That doesn't mean you're going to enjoy the movie though, right? I mean whats the point of predeciding you're going to like something based on what someone else thought? When only you know what you like. I don't know if I will like GOTGV2. I loved the first one and most of the MCU but that doesnt mean I will automatically like everything they will produce. Same goes for any franchise. Critics are conmen to a certain extent. When they form a positive opinion of something you are predisposed to like, they lend you their confidence. It works in the reverse direction when they form a negative opinion. It's only natural to become concerned or fascinated when someone you respect has a negative opinion of something you like or believe you will like. SaveSaveI can agree with that. I often find when I read a review or see a video review, after seeing the movie. I feel disappointed that their opinions are different. I do my best not to let others sway my opinion and stick to my own. But that doesnt mean it doesnt happen because sometimes they have a point.
