Memorable scenes set at a hospital?

The scene in Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack when the young woman who survived Godzilla's stomping of the hostel is sitting in her bed watching in terror as Godzilla approaches the hospital. Godzilla turns aside, and she breathes a sigh of relief ... and then Godzilla's tail smashes into the building, destroying her room.
