Me too, but I think because it also isn't as drawn out runtime wise. Not that Baby Jane is boring, it is just a long movie. Aunt Alice gets right to the point and it is actually quite shocking with how it turns out for Gordon.

I love Page in Interiors and The Trip To Bountiful and while I was annoyed at the time that she won an Oscar because she was old and had never won one before, I hadn't seen the film. It wasn't a cinematic film, but when I did see it, I saw this talent on screen before me like I had never seen before and I actually liked the film and story.

Alice, Interiors and Bountiful are my Page go too films. The only other films I have seen her in are The Beguiled and White Nights, but it has been so long, I can't recall the performance. Oh and I started watching Pete n Tillie not so long ago, but only half an hour. Need to get back to it.
