This is probably a good thing. I think at this point Star Wars works better for shows. Clone Wars and Rebels are the best Star Wars we've gotten the past 20 years and I'm still waiting for my Mandalorian show.
Also, those who are saying Star Wars is dead or ruined, grow up. One bad movie doesn't kill a massive franchise. Star Wars survived Jar Jar Binks, it can survive TLJ.
