I voted for nine, with which I have a confident familiarity. For my 10th vote, I would like to nominate Armenian cuisine for consideration. My late aunt was from a large Armenian family, and community. She did spectacular things with meats, grains and produce. She, and her sisters, had yogurt "starter," that went back many years in the family. If "disaster" struck one sister's supply, they were there for each other, and it was replaced immediately. Her yogurt was unlike any commercial product that I have ever had. I also voted for English cuisine, which I think gets an undeserved bad-rap. There were so many posters from The UK, on the "old" IMDb F&D board. A particular favorite of mine was "Mrs. Gideon." I do miss her. She once posted an extensive list of dishes that make up a centuries-old tradition in England. The ones that I have had ... in England ... are delicious. As for Irish/Scottish cuisine, I have family background in both cultures, and hope to visit both countries in September. And, I refuse to die before I've had Welsh lamb!
