what's everyone cookin' up this memorial day weekend?

Yesterday we had Parmesan stuffed chicken breasts (Barber's) and roasted baby vegetables. Today we're having Stouffers meatloaf and Bob Evans mashed potatoes. I cook the meatloaf in the oven but I use the microwave for the mashed potatoes. I don't count any of this as "cooking", just heating things up in the oven and microwave.
