It would be So Freaking AWESOME if it actually did get produced (Heck, I would love to send my idea to PARAMOUNT PICTURES but they would more than highly likely just reject it immediately).
Still though, 1 of the Main Reasons why I keep bumping this is actually because how much time and thought I put into my idea and also because I really Really REALLY do want to know as many thoughts and opinions of my idea for the 14th Movie as possible (that way if anybody feels that I made any mistakes in it then I can just correct them and move forward).
If your talking about the 2009 Movie then they technically weren't all at the Academy at the same time.
Spock was already an Officer (He was a "Commander") just stationed at the Academy, Scotty was stranded on a Moon, and Sulu & Chekov were already on the Enterprise.
