Red Cabbage cooked in oven

WKM, I'll bet that you'd do it with ease, and it would be delicious. My mom didn't think that she was a good cook, but everything she made was very good. She just didn't want to tackle what she considered to be complicated, and she didn't like to experiment. Finally, she decided that she just didn't have any enthusiasm for cooking. Oddly enough, she loved cookbooks, and cooking magazines. She cut tons of recipes out of the paper, and wrote down friends' recipes. That collection was a windfall that has come to me.

I'm concerned about Socks. He made occasional posts to the Politics board, and I haven't seen him there, either. Let's all keep each other posted, if we hear anything.
