Favorite Episodes of The Simpsons?

There are quite a lot of episodes I really liked, but I haven't watched them (or the show) in a very long time, so I can't really say for sure which ones I liked 'best'.

However, one episode that does stand out in my mind is 'The Springfield Files'. I thought there were so many great lines/moments in that episode.
