I think a lot of it depends on how popular your subject is. if it's popular it will bring in the trash(/kids/teenagers and the like) who can't act civilized and ruin it for everyone else by constantly talking crap to others instead of keeping things civil, or at least within reason as talking a little crap is one thing but to really go off on someone personally is another.
but given the options in the poll I went with 'many will remove them, but most will not'. I think that's especially true because unless your in a high traffic area, the overly negative people will be minimal and it's those types who ruin stuff for others.
