I fancy that Chelsea will take at least a season to get over being without Hazard and the manager (whoever he is) will be on a hiding to nothing. Sarri has had a good season at Stamford Bridge and may well have decided to get out while the going's good and leave the problem of "How do we play without Hazard" to someone else. It will be interesting to see what the new guy does with Kante/Jorgino and who he goes for as No.9.
Frank Lampard should stay with Derby. He has had a decent season there but is still learning. Chelsea needs a tried and tested manager who can deal with the King's Road gang. Not an easy challenge. Going way back, Venables, Hudson, Osgood, et al got rid of Tommy Docherty
