Doc Brown would be played by a well known actor. Instead of having a friendly relationship with Marty, he would be more cynical and rude.
They would add sequences where the time machine is being tried out and Marty briefly ends up in other time periods for quick gags.
Marty would also be sad because his parents don't understand him.
