Yeah... It tells us that British people don't really make complaints about films. A totally insignificant 0.0000299% complained. No, it tells us that most people don't go on record. If you know anything statistics you'd be aware of sample polling, where a small sample group can represent the general population. Yeah but to be fair, this is not sample polling, this is simply those people who felt strongly enough to complain, its not really comparable to a poll.
