Yeah but to be fair, this is not sample polling, this is simply those people who felt strongly enough to complain, its not really comparable to a poll. Of course it's not a scientific sample. But the squeaky wheel gets attention first. The fact that more chose to complain about it tells us something. Otherwise, trash the whole list. Yeah that fact that people make such a complaint indicates that actually far more people were upset, given that it takes effort to complain and most people wont worry, still it is a laughably small number, hell I bet they are all called Muriel and Keith.
