Hes a pretty despicable character. Zero self esteem. I dont get it. Chuck had no qualms depending on Jimmy for things when he was suffering from the phobia  and all.

You think Kim will die? I dont see it- I think she just kisses Jimmy goodbye . Its pretty clear that she will get disbarred by being linked to Jimmy and all.
