Two things.
First, I was wrong about this league being 'unwinnable' as stated back in October. Portugal has just won it. Back then, though, there was a fair amount of confusion and I didn't read the format properly (did anyone?)
Secondly I've changed my vote from Don't Care to Yes. If it's a black/white choice I'd have to say it's better than the inconsequential friendly matches of before where all teams gained by winning them was a couple of points in the World Rankings.
