Iron Man 2 when Tonys watching an old video on his projector from his dad. At the end Howard Stark says that Tony was his greatest creation. Real touching scene with suitable score playing in the background.
Thor 2 when Thor meets Loki in the prison and converses him about their mothers death.
Cap 2 the speech he gives before the final battle. The MCU overall doesn't have many great inspirational speeches before war, but this one was awesome.
Cap 2 when Bucky is smashing Caps face on the Helicarrier and Cap says "I'm with you till the end of the line".
