The character of Alexander Pierce in general. Arguably the best, most nuanced MCU villain to date and he never had an action sequence. He makes you ask yourself the tough moral questions about 'good vs. evil,' security vs. freedom.
Peter using the memory of his mother (and his new 'family') to find the strength to survive destruction via the Infinity Stone in GOTG. (I guess it's kind of an action sequence, but not in the typical sense.)
