I used to collect buy, trade and sell old video games. This was back in the day when you could go into any Salvation Army or Goodwill or yardsale and find them for dirt cheap.

But the seriously collectors and speculators really ruined the hobby.

I still like playing some older games but I've gotten to the point where I don't give a shit about owning a physical copy just so I can stick it on a shelf to collect dust. Also modern games are so much better and there's only so much free time. It's hard to go back and play a game like Castlevania or Super Mario Bros after playing Red Dead Redemption or The Last Of US.
