I pretty much just like to think the timeline is: First Class, Origins, X1, X2, X3, The Wolverine, then DOFP. And from DOFP you can either go to Apocalypse then Dark Phoenix, or Deadpool 1+2 then Logan. So pretty much just the two timelines.
I haven't seen The Gifted and have only seen season 1 of Legion. Not sure how I'd personally fit those in anywhere.
