School teacher out of a job because his religious beliefs stop him from addressing trans students by their chosen first names.
(The school let him get away with using their last names for a while, but then said, "No more of that.")
So, the teacher is suing because the school failed to accommodate his religious beliefs.

I side with the school on this one. If the teacher can't do his job without also signaling that he is stigmatizing some students, he needs to go.
