I find him great entertainment value. Three that I like but which are not listed :



Going In Style (2017) with Caine as an aged bank robber alongside co-robbers Morgan Freeman and Alan Arkin delivered exactly what it said on the tin. A feel-good humorous romp co-starring Matt Dillon, Christopher Lloyd and Ann Margaret. The on-screen chemistry between the three of them is so enjoyable.

Stonehearst Asylum (2014) is a bit of a slow burner for the first 45 or so and it's Ben Kingsley's 'lunatic' performance that is best about this film, but Caine contributes well with his portrayal of Dr Salt. A film with a good cast and a few twists along the way. Also starring Kate Beckinsale and Brenden Gleeson.

Deathtrap (1982) is one of my firm favourites where he plays a washed-up Broadway playwright with devious plans for his wife (the marvellously manic Dyan Cannon) and a younger unknown playwright, Christopher Reeve.
Hugely enjoyable.
