I don't understand why you would try to help scrotes. I bet decent people in your scheme are sick of the sight and sound of them. Doesn't work like that here mate. You don't grass, you back people on the scheme... plus they and their families owe me now. Well, make sure you get them to mow your lawn or something decent!
