Only two missing that I would bemoan..'though not very well known movies.
A shock to the system (1990)
the whistle blower (1986-uk) - compelling, often overlooked British spy movie - a lot better than some of those middling espionage / political thrillers listed.., the black windmill, the marseille contract, the forth protocol.
Otherwise, dressed to kill could be higher.
