So, FIFA has stepped into the middle of the tournament and asked that VAR not be used anymore to give yellow cards to keepers who step off of their line to block penalty kicks.
Nothing like changing the rules midstream, right?
I guess it's still not allowed to step off of your line but it can only be called if caught live by the referee.
How stupid is this?
The lino should be parallel to the goal-line, and flag if the keeper comes off their line.
