On a 10 hour flight to Paris, Cam Newton offered someone $1500 cash on the spot to switch seats with him - Newton had a less comfortable aisle seat and wanted a seat with more legroom. The guy refused the offer. It seems to me that this was a foolish decision. $1500 covers the cost of your roundtrip ticket - he could have at least negotiated a little. How much money would it take YOU to switch? I once flew from Boston to Paris in a seat with less leg room than a cozy coupe. If that's the seat Newton was offering, I'll pass. All I can say is British Airways>>>>>>>>>Air France.
