It's like I said a couple of days ago bob, there are two Englands: the one we've seen the past 3 3/4 years who would get into and out of worse situations than the one they were in last night seemingly for fun and the one in this tournament who crumbles at the slightest hint of pressure. It's nothing to do with pitches or players or opponents. It's 100% mental. They're not winning again in this tournament. Whether they make the semis or not is up to Bangladesh.
Unfortunately this leaves us with an inevitable India v Australia final with an almost as inevitable 6th WC for Australia. A tourney that promised and produced plenty of surprises in the esrly stages is heading down a boreishly well trodden path.
