I doubt they will be remaking Back to the Future anytime soon as it seems to be one of those movies that a lot of people like as I think as long as that continues to be popular, which it seems it will be for the foreseeable future, it would seem unlikely they would even consider remaking it.
but regardless of my opinion, here is some more info which basically says it's quite unlikely we will be seeing any more Back to the Future movies, at least for the foreseeable future...

NOTE: Zemeckis is 67 years old and Bob Gale is 68. so one would think they will be around at least another decade or so and could be around another 15-20+ years. so if we do see another Back to the Future movie it probably won't be for another 20+ years is my best guess.

Yahoo caught up with Robert Zemeckis ahead of his new film Welcome to Marwen and asked the director whether or not he was still "adamantly against" another movie, to which he responded "Oh god yes."

both Robert Zemeckis and writer Bob Gale wrote into their contracts that they would have a say in any Back to the Future franchise movie made during their lifetimes.
