Actors who are/were also writers

Yes, to Theroux, and yes to Baruchel, though he's just getting started.  No to Fogelman, because he's not an actor.  But you've reminded me of another actor turned writer who's very substantial: Dan Futterman, who wrote Capote and Foxcatcher, among some television series, after a long and continuing career as an actor.
