Yes I think everyone should do some exercise. Here is the key thing to remember. Make sure you pick some type of exercise you enjoy. Going on 5 years now I started riding bikes and love it. Fresh air, great scenery and good exercise. When I first started I did only a few miles a day. Now I ride anywhere between 12 to 30. My longest one day bike ride was 44 miles.
