Nora said; That's the thing most girls don't realize. If you have exercised all your life, it pays off in the long run. But waiting until 30 or later will never be as beneficial as exercising all one's life. At least you are exercising now. My friends and I see all the time women who we say, "Looks like she used to be smok'in (super good looking). But she didn't take care of herself. And she still doesn't." Keep exercising Nora. It will pay off in the long run. yeah. for me its not even an option now to stop. i see in my parents how much they suffer and how they live with pain that could be mitigated not only had they excersised before but even now if they were willing to do it now but they are not. and i want to make sure i do what i can to live a painfree life for as long as i can. so for me it means no smoking no drinking no drugs minimal sugar and 5-10k steps a day and a gym or equivalent 2-3 times a week when i can. and even though i dont believe in god i do thank “god” for each day i live pain free. i know its not guaranteed and doesnt last forever. That seems a bit extreme. Did your parents have a genetic defect you are afraid will be passed on to you?
