Banner went from Age of Ultron into space, had some fun with Thor including being locked in as Hulk for months on end, returned only to face Thanos & freeze up.
I don't think there's much interesting Banner exposition I'd be entertained with in Age of Ultron's emotional send off, Ragnarok's partying, or hold on wait Thanos & every single Avenger we need more Banner psychology first.
If it's in a side comic sure, but Banner ceased being interesting on screen since forever.
