I think they screwed a lot of the more powerful characters. They made Wanda look powerful but they completely removed her mind manipulation powers (and her accent). Vision they mostly just pushed to the sidelines both in CW and IW, and really nerfed him in IW. They made Thor look powerful in IW but they also made him dependent on a weapon again and removed most of the development he recieved as a character. And we all know what happened to him in Endgame. Then there's Hulk, who didn't show up in IW and was completely useless in Endgame.
